Champaign is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Champaign follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. My husband and I had pho which we both really liked. Mine was the vegetable with tofu and it was light and fresh. His was #36 and he said it was tasty. He especially liked the shredded brisket. The bowls were quite large and had lots of noodles. I couldn’t finish mine. We also got the crispy potstickers, which were tasty, and the spring rolls, which were very good but huge! It was too much noodles for me. The accompanying sauce was great. We would come back to get a tasty reminder of our time in Vietnam.

Excellent place for a quick bite or take out on Vietnamese food. The place is actually pretty big. Still crowded during lunch or dinner hours. Place is pretty popular with decent food and good price. We went there twice during our visit to UIUC. Multiple dishes were ordered including pho, rice plate, salad. All are pretty good. Probably not the most authentic Vietnamese food but still decent. Service is pretty fast. There was an error in our take out order at first then they corrected it pretty fast.

This is a very unique place. I love the setting, but it is very tight. And they seem to cram people in tight spaces when there are more open seating. Or it was just me. But overall, it's very good and clean. The bathroom men, especially, are superb. I give for food 5 star rating everything else 4

I had a bit of a mixed experience at Pho Noodle Station. There were some things I really enjoyed, but the service and the standard Pho left a lot to be desired. • The Good: I tried the Curry Pho, which was unique and actually delicious—definitely the highlight of the meal. The Fried Shrimp was also solid and tasty. To drink, I had the Vietnamese Iced Tea, which was perfect—not too sweet and very refreshing. • The Bad: I also ordered the #38 Pho, but it was pretty bland and lacked flavor. Compared to other places I’ve been, it just didn't have that rich, authentic broth taste. • The Service: The service was disappointing. I ordered beef spring rolls, but they were completely forgotten and never brought out. By the time I finished my soup, I didn't even want them anymore. Overall, the food is "alright," but the consistency isn't quite there. If you go, stick to the Curry Pho and keep an eye on your order to make sure everything actually makes it to the table!
